Say Goodbye to 2011

Hi everyone, I hope you had a wonderful Christmas and a very Happy New Year to come.  I have been going crazy with home decor the last couple days.  I thought I would share a sneak peek of some of the new products coming avaialble in January.  Also sale-a-bration strarts January 24!  Spend $50 and get free product!

Tammy and I bought these metal boards about 7 months ago...finally got around to decorating them yesterday!  I love the way it turned out.  This is my favorite DSP in the celebration catalog Everyday Enchantment.  I also used the new Sizzix Rosette Die to make my rosettes...so easy no scoring!  Woo hoo!  It is hard to see in the picture but there is ribbon around the inside of the frame...this is the new ribbon you can order on the 4th of January 3/8 inch pleated satin ribbon...I bought every color I love it!

I finally got a good picture of Allyn and I this year and decided to decorate some frames:

I used the Early Expresso Reinker to paint the frame, stamped with White Stazon...then spritzed it with our new Blushing Bride Spritz also available Jan 4.   I thought the butterfly added a nice touch.  I made this for my Grandmother...she will be very happy.

I then decided I needed one for myself..so here it is:

Of course I had to use my other favorite DSP- Mocha Morning Specialty and a new trinket fom the mini available Jan 4.
Everyone be safe tonight...see you next year!  Hugs!

Happy Holidays!

I don't like snow but I love snowman! I just got my preorder from Stamping Up and I could not wait to make this guy.I made those two Guys with the new Big XL Sizzix Designer Rosette.

The first snowman was the first one I had done...then I decided that I needed to make one as a Kitchen Table Center Piece, so I went all out and created this one with SU Designer Series Paper my favorite Mocha Morning. I also added the white glass glitter, which I know is hard to see...

He is a rather fancy dude!  I hope you and your family are having a Wonderful Holiday Season.  That's all for now.  I am thinking of having a class so if your interested give me a shout or if you just want to place an order!   Snowman Kisses to all!

Rudolph the (Chunky Glitter) Reindeer

Had a very shiny nose....I won't continue.  Hi Everyone, I hope you are having a wonderful day!  I just finished these Reindeer and wanted to share them with you.  I used the SU Pennant Die to create these, I found the directions at www.dostamping.typepad.com/dostamping_with_dawn/2008/12/1st-day-of-christmas-big-shot-reindeer-pouch-instructions.html.  I love watching all the fun stuff that Dawn does on her blog.

I hope you are having fun creating your Christmas projects!  I just love the Pennant Big XL Sizzix, it is one of my favorites.  Until next time have a wonderful day!
